Feriha Genel Istanbul, Turkey Born in Istanbul - 1959. Studied and worked as an accounts manager then stopped carrier and got busy with art and still goes on painting in her workshop where is in the middle of fields next to seaside of Marmara. She has been inspired by nature and some talented artists. She is a self-taught and tried to have some painting courses but she felt for losing her ability then stopped and has been keeping on painting by herself. She trys to test all mediums and techniques. She specially likes to work on mystique and nude portraits beside seascapes..She is working on a series of 'Semah for peace' during these days.
